Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Margaret moved and Jan seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. Carried
Business Arising:
The Explore Jandowae brochure is out and Margaret will put a copy on Trip Adviser. These brochures are at the Cultural Centre but we need to have a supply in the cottage and also a supply of the ones for the surrounding towns.
Graham Bickerton will measure up for the cabinet when a suitable time is available.
Peter did not hear back re: the honour boards for Rotary and Apex.

Treasurer's Report:
Balance as per the Bank Statement is $2618.68. Term Deposit of $11,090.94. Income: GST refund $616. Expenditure: Peter $90. (stainless steel, fuel) Donations of $22.10 and $53.25 are in hand to be banked.

General Business:
Heather is to apply for a grant for the Cranbook Press brochure of our heritage precinct. It was suggested that we apply for 7,500 copies at a cost of $1044.
Signs are to be erected on the school verandah and under the windmill. Ian made a stand for the one under the wind mill.
Sandstone rocks are to be placed under the log containing the native bees. Peter is endeavouring to get a suitable photo of the bees.
Jan and Peter opened the cottage yesterday for the caravan group staying at the Showgrounds.
Peter has upgraded the sign at the caravan park.
Don Blinco and Roy Campbell have painted and restored the old dray. The wheels have not yet been put back on as the restorer has been ill.
Ian is to attend to the athol pine tree.
Next Meeting: Will be the Annual Meeting on Saturday 7th September at 9am at the old school . Heather is to ask Peter Saxelby to chair this meeting. Members to supply morning tea.
