As Pam Wood is resigning as Steward Lilian will speak to craft club. Mary Blinco has spoken to Margaret and offered to assist new steward. Lilian will speak to craft club.
As Bill Dalzell has also resigned. Margaret will write to Timothy Baskerville to take his place and also speak to Dennis Koehler who may assist.
QCAS delegates. Margaret and Lilian re nominated by David and seconded by Ivan. Carried.
A suggestion through the sub-chamber that age of Miss Showgirl be raised to 28 resulted in 86% of attending members voted ‘NO’ and 14% voted ‘YES’
The pigeon problem at the pavilion still under discussion between Ivan and David.
General business. Margaret to send sympathy card to Pearl Howden for the death of her husband Roy at Taralga Units.
Margaret will attend the 100 years celebration of the Showmen’s Guild at Yatala on 18th August. 2008.
