Minutes Of Previous Meeting: Read by M. Atkinson. The minutes as read be accepted was moved by M Atkinson, seconded by I Grundy. Carried. .

Treasurer's Report : Read by D Tanner . Moved as accepted by D Tanner, seconded by N Schumann. Carried.

Agenda Items

• Auditing. : As Aland and Co charged $1700 last year for auditing. M Atkinson is to obtain a quote from Mike Bowdler (Accountant) who now has his own practice, and compare prices. Moved by K Grundy, seconded by L Krog Carried.

General Business:

• Trees at Showground: Ongoing and in hand. G Franz suggested where trees may be purchased at a reasonable price. Underground watering system will be considered, depending on costs.
• Stewards Meeting: Celebrations will be the theme throughout the pavilion in line with Maree Cameron’s theme
• Lions Club Donated $250: M Atkinson to send receipt and thank you letter.
