Business Arising:
Peter has contacted the Men's shed .
Ron Woods suggested we use the pressure cleaner on the ramp and then get it painted.
Peter will contact Diane Wood re. the Jandowae East memorabilia.
Peter fixed the frame with Lil Koehler's photo in it and he put names on the other photos.
Correspondence:Inwards: WDRC public liability refund, Wambo wind farm. Outwards:Nil

Treasurer's Report:
Income — Cubico Grant $2340, WDRC Insurance Refund $540.75 Expenses — Nil

General Business:
Heather is to ring the local fire brigade to tell them that the extinguisher on the back wall was stolen some time ago and it was reported to the police but it has not been replaced. Could they please attend to this matter.
Peter is to acquire a new foot valve for the pump on the creek.
Tanya is to be asked by Peter to clean the precinct and we will pay for this work.
Australia Day Breakfast will be a picnic on the lawn. The Brigalow Balladeers (Cammie and Charlie ) will provide the music. The buildings will be left shut.
Peter will approach Clint re. the football Assoc. doing the barbeque. Jan has donated her barbeque to the Heritage Assoc.
Shades to be borrowed from the Football Assoc.
Races for the children will be organised by David and chips will be the prizes.
Cutlery will be put into packets.
Peter will put up the signs. 8am start. 7am workers.
Jan usually provides Tea Towels, dish cloths , basin. Peter brings a fridge and Beryl will bring the esky for the milk.
Garden — Glen Heathwood has been paid to help tidy the gardens. Don has fixed the watering system. Thanks to Don and Beryl for their work in tidying the gardens and surrounds. The gardens need fertilising and mulching. Jan is to ask Elders if they would like to donate sugar cane mulch.
Working Bee Monday 24th if needed.
Jan will raise the flag. She is leaving in February and we are very appreciative of all she has contributed to the development of the precinct over many years. Jan will be greatly missed.
