Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Margaret moved and Sally seconded that the minutes be accepted as read.

Business arising: Quotes will be prepared in the near future for the ramp. Rod Dolly has still to send his quote.

Correspondence : Seconded Jan.

Inwards — Western Downs Council, Timbertown Festival Committee, Peter Ireland re: windows, Henning wedding 19th March in the Grounds of Athlone.

Outwards — Western Downs Council, Thank you notes to Michael Wood,Charlene Hall, Robbie Brazier.

Treasure's Report: Ruth presented and moved her report for adoption. The Cr. Balance was $6192.59.

General Business:

A bus load of National Seniors from Wondai are coming on Thursday 20th March at 11am; Ian, Jan, Margaret and Heather will be in attendance.
Jan will check the grass prior to the wedding.
Refund of $600 is to come from the Council when the land is cleaned up by the Taylor family
The brick work at the path needs attention. The pavers need to be taken up and the roots need to be cut and then the pavers need to be relayed. A quote is to be obtained from Bret Zeller.
Reeds on the downstream side of the creek need to be sprayed. Wayne Giles has been approached to attend to this.
The Council is donating a map of the Wambo Shire to be displayed in the old school. A horse drawn one way plough has been donated by Bruce Thomas.
