Business Arising:
The former Wambo Council table is now in place in the old school.
Application has been made to the Council for approval to erect Ned Kelly on our grounds. Bowmans to do the slab and Morrisseys to supply the fence.
Correspondence:Inwards: Form from David Littleproud's office to apply for an indigenous flag. (Heather to ask the Council to supply a matching flag pole.), WDRC Reimbursement for Public Liability, Kate Miguel from WDRC re. National Campervan Motorhome Club Rally in Dalby 6-14 October, 2023 — a request to supply Morning Tea for 50 persons — Quote for $10 per head including GST to be sent. Outwards:Purchase Order to WDRC for official Australia Day Breakfast for $800.

Treasurer's Report: Cr. Balance $1114.31 as per the Bank statement. Income $959 — Memberships $16, Donations $20, Refund WDRC Insurance $723, Garden Club Donation $200. Expenditure $183.60 — Office of Fair Trading $58.60, P. Mandell (Gardening $125), . Term Deposit of $11,391.58. (Check on reinvestment 12.12.22). Cr. Balance is $1889.71.

General Business:
Australia Day Breakfast 2023 — the charge for the breakfast will once again be a gold coin donation. We are to host the official Australia Day Breakfast for WDRC and we have supplied a Purchase Order to the Council for $800 for our expenses on the day.
Peter to see Michael Wood re. barbeque and shades from the Junior Rugby League. Music to be confirmed with Cammie and Charlie. Peter will put up the sign on the fence. Margaret will put signs down the street and Heather will put the notice on facebook.
Peter will ask Tanya to clean and dust prior to Australia Day. Heather to ask Sally to look after the drinks.
The following items to be purchased from Cleaning & Catering by Heather — 100 cups, 100 plates, 100 knives and forks ( 33 sets on hand and 26 knives). Tomato & Barbeque Sauce, Coffee, Oil, 6 loaves bread, 4 litres milk, margarine are also needed from Spar.
Tea towels, dish cloths and basin will be required.
12 kgs sausages to be ordered and 9 dozen eggs from the butcher.
Children present on the day to be asked to assist with the flag raising. David Tuppack and Colleen Wunsch to assist with the games. Breakfast to begin at 7am and approximate time for the Awards Ceremony to be 8.30am.
Peter is to order 2 blinds from Andersons Dalby to protect the displays and table in the school.
