Minutes Of Meeting Held On 11/7/20

Peter welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked the members for their attendance.

Present: Peter, Heather, Ian, Jan, Margaret.

Apologies: Doreen, Beryl King

Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Jan moved and Ian seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. Carried

Business Arising:

• The erection of the new cabinet and the bird proofing of the old wagon will take place in the near future.

Correspondence: Inwards: Nil
Outwards: Thank you to Graham Bickerton
Heather moved that the inwards be received and the outwards be endorsed, seconded by Margaret Carried

Treasurer's Report: The Balance as per the Bank Statement was $1,215.38 Term Deposit of $11,283.58
Income — Nil
Expenditure — Nil
Jan to be reimbursed $40 for the curtain. $10 donation is on hand.
Margaret moved her report of Income and Expenditure be accepted, seconded by Ian Gall.Carried

General Business:

• Jan purchased a curtain for the window on the north side of the school .
• The garden seats need sanding and painting. This will be another project.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 12th at 9am.
