The Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Ian moved and Beryl seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. Carried

Treasurer's Report: Cr. Balance $1104.50, Income ATO $382.00 Expenditure $1240 Austbrokers Insurance, Credit Balance Carried Forward, $246.50 Heather presented and moved Margaret's report be adopted, seconded Vicky. Carried

Correspondence: Inwards: Association Return, Service Smarty Grants (Acceptance of Reimbursement), Commonwealth Self Review Return
Outwards: Attempted to change our registration details.

General Business:

• Col Wassell's wedding 19/10/24. 50 Chairs and a table. Working Bee 9am to clean out store room and put the chairs out. Peter had mowed the day before and will mow again prior to the wedding.
• WDRC(Wayne Giles) is to be asked to attend to the pavers that need adjustment. Floor boards are lifting on the veranda. The chain saw on the wagon is to be elevated.
• Heather has prepared family histories of the Bassingthwaighte and Sparks families from various books.
