Correspondence: Inwards: Kate Miguel (WDRC re. caravan club visits), WDRC Australia Day Awards, ATO (gst return), Trilogy Insurance, Office of Fair Trading.
Outwards: Invitation Megan James, WDRC Account for Big Skies Morning Tear and Tour.
Heather moved that the inwards be received and the outwards endorsed. Seconded Doreen.

Treasurer's Report: Cr. Balance $1161.34. Income: ANZ Refunds $14.40, GST refund $102.
Expenses: Spar $35.28,Trilogy Insurance $1127.62, ANZ Fee$12,
Margaret moved her report be adopted, seconded Ian Gall.

General Business:

• Heather is to thank Sally and the CWA ladies especially Beverly Lindenberg for helping and cooking for the Big Skies Morning Tea.
• Peter has asked Ron Woods to quote on lining the room in the Shearer's Quarters so it can be used for display purposes and also to seal the storage room at the end of the verandah.
• Beryl is to purchase 2 bags of sugar cane mulch from Elders to spread it on the gardens. Wayne Giles has mowed some of the grass.
• Plaques need to be fixed to the Wambo table, Ned Kelly and to be refixed on the log.
• The A van trip for November has been cancelled.
