Business Arising:
The dray wheels have been taken to Felton to be fixed.
Peter offered suggestions to the Council re. improving the Explore Jandowae brochure.
A letter is to be written to the Council to inform them that our members were very disappointed that we didn't have any special visitors on the Friday morning of the Big Skies week.
Members cleaned on Thursday and spent 3 hours on Friday morning to have our precinct open. This was the same day that a bus went to Rosevale Jandowae, to a cotton farm and the Wullumba Feedlot.
Mavis Hoskin passed away at the grand old age of 102 and 8 months. Peter is to locate the interview that was made several years ago about her memories of Jandowae.

Treasurer's Report:
Balance as per the Bank Statement is $2,953.34. Term Deposit of $11,090.94. Income: Donations $29.50 Expenditure: Peter $31.50.
$5 donation on hand. Peter is to reimbursed for $432.74 for half the cost of the signs that are to be prepared by Sundown Signs, Dalby.

General Business:
The words to be used on the signs for the First School, Cresley Shearers' Quarters, Comet D series Windmill and the Wood Trough were discussed and alterations suggested.
The Athlone Cottage brochure was analysed in order to bring it up to date. It was suggested that we include the first school on the back page and delete Everyone enjoys a race and the Sheep Shearing and butter making. Peter will check with Cranbrook Press to see if they have a copy of the original printing. We will apply for a grant from the Council to produce the new brochure.
