Peter has nearly finished the work on the sprinklers. There is an additional one to be put in place near the school.
The bee sign is finished and cost $178.
The wheels are in the process of being repaired for the old wagon.

Cr balance is $2,405.70. Term Deposit of $11,090.94. Income — Donations $24.20, WDRC (insurance rebate) $492.33. Expenditure — Peter $203.53 (Lawn mower $25, Sign $178.53).

General Business:
Peter is working on the new brochure for Athlone Cottage. It should shortly be ready for the printer.
Peter thanked Jan, Ian and Heather for opening the complex for the visitors from Chinchilla on Wednesday 27th. 18 visitors were in attendance.
Australia Day Catering Peter will order from the butcher 12 kgs of sausages & 10 dozen eggs. Jan will order from Spar, 9 loaves bread, butter, salt & Pepper, chips, coffee, tea, 4 litres milk. Sally is to be asked to order the water & poppers from Spar. Jan will make the necessary order for plates, cups and cutlery from Dalby Catering.
Margaret will place signs on the notice boards in January and Heather will put a notice on Jandowae facebook. Peter will erect our sign on the front entrance.
Adam is to be asked to supply flags for the children and the flag raising ceremony will again take place.
A letter is to be written to the Council stating that we are not in favour of roses being planted in the middle of the main street as these would not flourish. Suitable shrubs (Westringia) or bottle trees were suggested instead.
Peter thanked the members for their contributions over the last 12 months. Coffee was enjoyed by all present at Jam Packed Cafe.
