Treasurer's Report: Margaret presented her report. Income $11,539.50 and Expenditure $33,011.08. The balance as per the Cash book and the Bank Statement was $2,910.60. Term Deposit $10,647.63. Moved as accepted by Margaret, Seconded Ian Gall. Carried

President's Report: The Committee has enjoyed a more relaxed 12 months but we have still achieved a lot this year — the ramp for the disabled for the school and the garden shed for storage. Maintenance is a top priority for our precinct. Ron Woods was thanked for the restoration work that he has contributed. Athlone will be painted in the near future.
There are plans to move the German Wagon from Apex Park to our site and to update the pamphlet describing the buildings and displays on show at our precinct. The ribbon from the official opening of the railway line from Dalby to Jandowae in 1914 is now in the display cabinet. A painting by Wendy Travers of the Club Hotel has been hung in the second room of the school. A lady mannequin has been placed in the school room and she has been dressed in an outfit which was donated by the Geoff Bassingthwaighte family and it is fitting that this outfit came from Ireland in 1889.
Once again our Australia Day Breakfast was a great success. We have had visits from many tourists. Peter thanked the volunteers. Groups from Dalby and Kingaroy have visited and the Garden Club held their monthly garden day in the grounds. Peter also thanked Don Blinco (mowing), George Hoath (creek bank), Jan and Beryl (our gardeners), Secretary Heather and Treasurer Margaret, Ian for his willing help when called upon, and all the friends of Athlone who are always on hand when needed for functions. Peter tabled his report.
Ian responded and congratulated Peter on the excellent job that he has undertaken. These remarks were endorsed by Jan.

Donna declared all positions vacant and called for nominations

Donna congratulated the Committee and closed the annual meeting.
