Minutes Of Previous Meeting: Read by M. Atkinson. The minutes as read be accepted was moved by M Atkinson, seconded by M Cameron Carried. .

General Business

• Music For Show D Greenup to contact Warra race committee regarding their singer.
• Working Bee On hold at until work done on sections in Pavilion.
• Request For Assistance I Grundy expressed concern that the Western Downs Council has refused to provide mower or staff to mow showgrounds, despite providing same service to other Showgrounds, and asked that the Show Society help the Showgrounds Committee with the purchase of a new ride on mower.
• Circus Has Been Booked For Next Show Day
• AGM Refreshments Members are invited to bring a plate, and M Atkinson will supply milk, tea and coffee.
