General Business:

Account Signatories: Mike Watson to organize the change of signatories at the bank.
Stop Sign Ray Polzin raised his concern about the Stop sign in Jimbour Street not being acknowledged by drivers. It was voiced that this is a safety concern, particularly in the mornings (between 9am -9.45am) due to drivers doing the school run.
Sergeant Mark Avent advised that he would look into the issue and mark it as an area to monitor.
Trees & Visibility: Celeste Nelson brought to the groups attention the intersection of Myall and High Street and the trees that block drivers vision. It was voiced that Wayne Giles was to be contacted and asked for assistance in trimming the trees so that drivers would have better visibility.
Reporting Crime: The website snap-send-solve ( http://www.snapsendsolve.com) was discussed as we were all encouraged to sign up and report criminal or suspicious activity in the community.
CWA: Cheryl Schwerin told us about the CWA raising funds for the fence around the Rotary playground
Jessica Lynch: reminded the room that she is always happy to do home visits to assist with safely and prevention.
