Business Arising:
Ron Woods has completed the seat on the viewing platform.
The cementing has been finished and the Wambo sign has been relocated.
Peter has sprayed the lawn for clover and the lawn has been fertilised.
The athol pine trees have been removed. Heather is to send a letter to WDRC thanking them for this job.
Jade reported that as far as she can ascertain the original National Bank in the museum near Toowoomba is most likely the original Union Bank building from Jandowae. The Great Northern Road Hotel was licensed by Bateman, then Stewart and stood where the National Bank building is today. Tim Tovell was the builder and the bank was completed in 1914.

General Business:
Peter has prepared instructions for starting the CD on the TV.
Kelly from WDRC advised Peter that they are expecting 5000 tourists next May (Big Skies Festival?) and would like the precinct to be opened around the 3rd May — possibly Thursday/Friday.
Peter and Dennis Curd inspected the old wagon which is very fragile. Plans are in hand to move it on a trailer to its new home. The frame is finished and it is to be painted a mission brown colour. Ian has a supply of iron for the roof.

Peter is planning on putting the sprinklers underground.
New Brochure — Great dissatisfaction was expressed with regard to the new one prepared by WDRC staff for Jandowae. Peter is to speak to Nicole Franklin about the matter. It was suggested that an aerial photo of the town be included.
In several months time there will be a heritage display in the front of the old National Bank building.
Our association will once again host the annual Australia Day Breakfast.
