Business Arising:
$400 is to be received from Brad for providing refreshments for the Cystic Fibrosis Car Rally. Thanks go to Jan and to her assistants for providing the soup, fruit and tea and coffee.
The caravan drought relief weekend resulted in a busy Sunday morning and it was much quieter on the Saturday.
Peter's annual report was produced in the magazine.
Grant application to AGL was completed by Heather.
The magistrate's chair could not be relocated to the Winton museum.
Robbie has measured for the blinds in the school.

Nicole Franklin from WDRC reported that they will be reproducing the Jandowae tourism pamphlet in the near future. We need to present the history of the old oven.

General Business:
Brenda Tuppack and residents from Taralga will visit the precinct next Thursday at 9.30am. Jan will attend.
Ron Woods is to be asked to make a bench seat on the back of the viewing platform.
Dale Berghofer plans to complete the cementing in the near future.
As our association provides one of the main tourist attractions in the town, a letter is to be sent to the Lions Club requesting that our Association be informed when a large group of tourists are visiting our town so that arrangements can be made to open the heritage precinct at a time suitable to all concerned.
Members are to help Peter decide where to reposition the Wambo sign.
Jade gave a brief talk on her plans and her research for the old National Bank Building. The bank was opened on 8.12.1913. Ian suggested we get in touch with Russell Price to see where the old bank building at Highfields actually originated from. She hopes to produce post cards for Jandowae.
Sally reported that Scott was in favour of the children visiting the old school but he requested that she arrange it with the teachers.
The council has taken the rubbish bin away from the platform. This was at Jan's request.
