Minutes Of Meeting Held On 12/09/20

Present: Peter & Grace, Ian & Heather, Margaret, Jan, Beryl K, Doreen, Daryl.

Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Ian moved and Beryl seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. Carried

Correspondence: Inwards: Hardship grant $1400 from WDRC, Office of Fair Trading.
Outwards: NIL

Treasurer's Report: Credit Balance $1215.38. Income: donation $10, WDRC hardship grant $1400. Credit balance of $2625.38.
The following account was passed for payment — Jan $45 for mulch.
Margaret moved her report of Income and Expenditure be accepted, seconded by Jan.Carried

General Business:

• Jan & Doreen are to supply a suitable curtain for the window in the school.
• We will know in October if our grant for painting and the new mower is successful.
• Peter met with John Burkhardt re. insurance and if we don't rent the premises our insurance is cheaper.
• Visitors to the centre will follow Covid protocols.
• Peter will spray the clover
• Diane Wood is donating a small desk.
• Doreen has made a cover for the TV.
• Peter & Ian will attend to bird proofing the wagon.
• We are not interested in hosting Australia Day for the WDRC Award Ceremony in 2020
• Daryl will nominate the Progress & Heritage Association for an award.

Next Meeting: will be held on 14th November at 9am.
