Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Heather. Doreen moved that the minutes be accepted as read. Seconded Jan. Passed
Business Arising: Ian Gall is to purchase the 2 big, light tables this week. Heather talked to AGL re. grant to relocate the sign and German wagon and there will be another grant shortly.
Correspondence:Inwards — ANZ (appointment to be made in Dalby). Outwards —Thank you to Ray & Teresa Batman. Heather moved that the inwards correspondence be received and the outwards endorsed. Seconded Beryl K. Passed
Treasurer's Report: Cr Balance $4,339.93. Income — Donations $32.80, Insurance rebate $467.61. Expenditure: nil. The Fixed Deposit is $10,757.07. The following accounts were passed for payment: Jan $93.35 (Australia Day), Peter $39.60 (2 sprinklers). Heather moved the report for adoption, seconded I Gall. Passed
General Business:
Australia Day — Peter will check to see that there is a disabled toilet available at the hospital as it may be needed by the ambassador. Jan has ordered 12 dozen sausages, 10 dozen eggs, 9 loaves bread. 5 litres of milk and tea to be purchased. Beryl McK donated the sauce. Jan will bring salt and pepper shakers,tea towels, a jug and knives. Peter to bring dishes for the sausages.
We will not be having scones as the cake is to come from Merrets bakery.
Tanya will vacuum the buildings tomorrow and she will bring the eggs and spoons for the races. Jan has the lollies.
Sally will look after the cold drinks — water and poppers only. Ice may be able to be obtained from the Council supply
No fishing this year.
Rob Brazier will supply the microphone.

The Athol pine tree needs to be cut down or trimmed on our side of the fence and there are white ants on a stump on Shearer's Quarters. Peter will notify the Council.
