Diane Wood is to be contacted re. the Jandowae East Memorabilia.
The foot valve is not working.
Rod Dolly finished the window trim on the old school.
The paintings are to be hung.
Fertilizer was purchased.
We will open from 12noon until 5pm on Saturday, 11th June for the Timbertown weekend.

Treasurer's Report: Presented by Heather Income — Donations $10.20, Probus Donation $70 Expenses — Gary Baker painting $2,340, Australia Day Spar $39.12, Nelsons Butcher $149.71, Glen Heathwood $45. $97.60 is to be paid to Peter for fertilizer and repairs to the weed eater.
Balance: $1518.58, Donations of $32 are on hand. Term Deposit $11,384.03.

General Business:
Timbertown church service will be at 9.30am on the 12th June.
Ron Woods is to be asked to fix the loose board on the Shearer's Quarter's ramp.
Security lights are not working and Michael Woods will be asked to fix them.
Ian, Michael & Peter to take the bench seat to the Men's Shed so they can fix it.
Photos showing the restoration of the school are to be rearranged so they fit on a wall.
Ian and Michael to attend to the pavers that are lifting.
Peter will ask Tanya about cleaning the complex for the Timbertown weekend.
Sunday 8th August — Drysdale bus tours will be visiting the precinct.
Peter informed the meeting that the wilga tree is the official Jandowae floral emblem. This fact was on an old Apex letter from Tidy Towns on 12.12.1984.
