Jandowae Neighbourhood Watch Minutes (18/3/2015)

Present: : Senior Constable Alan Ward, Dudley and Helen Cronin, Brian and Ann McNamara, Ray and Daph Polzin, Philip and Margaret Atkinson, Cynthia Harling, Bevan and Mary Von Cronholm

Correspondenc: Nil

Treasurer's Report: Opening Balance $374.97, No expenses, no income. Closing balance $374.97. Moved as correct by Ray Polzin, seconded by Ann McNamara.Carried.

Crime Report: Read by Senior Constable Alan ward. A marked increase in drug and theft activity since Xmas. Several drug raids carried out and some successful. Some thieves have been identified and some stolen property recovered. For a short time the Police station will only be open 9am — 3pm Monday and Tuesday.

General Business:

• Margaret to write to Council regarding long grass on IGA block, moved by R Polzin seconded by Cynthia Harling.
• Margaret write to Council requesting Closed Circuit TV be installed at all road entrances to Jandowae.

Meeting closed: at 7.55pm, and supper was served.
